Eliminating the time-consuming manual labor previously required by this step, the i-cut® Auto-Weeder option significantly reduces cost and turnaround time…while maximizing yield and profitability.
The elegantly innovative i-cut® Auto-Weeder removes waste material from screen printed or digitally imaged graphics on vinyls and other selected graphic films. It is also designed to weed unprinted contour or die-cut shapes. The system particularly excels at removing inside detail areas, with interior tolerances as small as 1/6" (4mm) in diameter for regular shapes.
